My friend had these little lights in her wine bottles out in her garden sitting area and I though they looked so cool at night. I decided to buy some and when I bought a lovely bottle of white Rioja (has a lovely flowery pattern on the bottle - Baron de Ley), I thought I would give them a try. They look so cool and have kept the bottle next to my fireplace. You have to remember to switch them off as they will run down the batteries real quick. They take 3 LR44 batteries.. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was the battery life but good product.

I have a similar Christmas set that are pretty but literally eat batteries. These are longer string and recharge with a USB port. They are meant to go in a bottle and would be pretty in old wine bottles on a deck or dining table. I have a little fancy vinegar bottle that I kept on my kitchen counter, looks cute and not ‘Christmas’. Good little lights for camping or a for little kids room where batteries are not wanted. There is a small cork top to hide the USB. The lights are bright but not glaring, a soft yellow/white very suitable for indoor or outdoor. The little recharger top could hide easily in a table arrangement much better than a big battery pack. Use them where you can get to them easily to recharge, maybe not suitable for a wreath because of that. I am very happy with them.
