So after searching for several days for the perfect set of lights for my garden. Weighing up length bulb quantity i decided to buy from lights4u, they slightly more expensive than their competitors. When they arrived they came in a huge bundle. Which I was surprised about, but approximately 2hrs later I managed to untangle the lights. Then I discovered that there were no spare bulbs, which i was surprised at, other lights I was looking at had spare bulbs. I called the company up to express my disappointment and they quickly sent 6 spare bulbs.

I bought these before and found thrmbyo be good quality. Nice warm white. In stead of 45m strings they sent me 30m, but overall length supplied wad morecghanninpaix for andvghey gave me some spare bulbs and other stuff free. I'm more than happy. Good company.

Received the wrong item and description is wrong

I received the wrong order but even with that the lights are wrong. The website description states they are 15M with 50 bulbs and they are not, they are 15M with 25 bulbs. False advertisement that thankfully has now been rectified but has still costed me postage which wont be refunded.

Item arrived in a box marked IP55. After multiple emails they advised they are IP65 & to check I should spray water on them.!
It then cost me £10 to send back which I am still waiting for a refund on, 3 weeks later
