What warranty do you provide on your lighting products?

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant product listing or warranty documentation, coverage is limited to the product's external body or casing. Please check the applicable warranty terms before purchasing.

How do I register and renew my product warranty?

If your product includes a warranty, you must contact our Customer Support team to obtain the registration instructions and complete the required process before submitting a warranty claim. For warranties extending beyond six months, you must contact us by email to request renewal of your warranty registration every six months during the applicable warranty period. Please request renewal before your current registration period expires. Registration renewal does not extend the original warranty period.
