Modern LED Chandelier Ceiling Light – Stylish & Energy-Efficient

The lights themselves are nice and bright, but once wired up you have to place a rigid plastic disc inside the light to hide the workings and diffuse the light.
This is extremely hard to do as the disc is quite a lot bigger than the opening, and as a consequence 2 of the 3 disc snapped as I was putting them in. This caused a rather noticeable chip in it.
I emailed the company to get replacements and was told thet they don't do spares for them.
Seems my only option is buy more lights, which may well break again or put up with it.
Very disappointed in the customer service, but the lights are nice to be fair.

I bought this LED chandelier for our dining room after spotting a similar design in a local interior design showroom (for triple the price, I might add).
