I STILL haven't received the coffee machine, you claim it was delivered but after talking to Royal Mail they have said the package code was not correct and therefore undelivered. I am livid this has not been dealt with yet, your team have been shockingly bad and I demand a full refund please. I am incredible upset about this. Your email bounces back when I email, there is no phone number to call, no-one replies on WhatsApp and now very quiet on the chat service as well, this is one of the worst ways to be treated. Again, I demand a full refund asap this week please.
