I had a problem with a faulty power adapter. I cannot praise Festive Lighting enough. I called their customer services line, the agent was very friendly and couldn't apologise anymore than she did. After listening to my problem she said she would get it sorted asap. Couldn't believe my amazement when a power adapter was delivered to my house the very next day. Excellent Customer Service, thank you. Love my new lights, perfect lighting, sets my living room off nicely. Worth the money.
