 LED Fire Rated Down light Can GU10 Recessed Ceiling Twist & Lock Interchangeable Downlight IP65 White [Energy Class A]

  • Accommodating all GU10 Halogen, standard size LED and CFL bulbs. Manufactures from die cast Aluminium with a circular design, create a modern look in your kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living room. Please aware that GU10 bulbs are not included.
  • The Sanlumia downlights utilize a unique loop in/ loop out screw less terminal block to allow for fast and efficient installation. A changeable twist and lock bezel in either Chrome, Satin Nicker or White, twist and lock design, allows you simply changing LED bulb, as well as redecorating your ceiling. (One bezel color per pack)
  • Tested for 30, 60 & 90 minutes fire rated ceilings fire resistance periods; comply with Part B Fire Safety Regulation and UK Building Regulation BS476; conform to BS EN ISO 140-3:1995 and 140-6:1998 for acoustics

IP65 Rate

The IP number is composed of two digits, the first referring to the level of protection against solid objects such as dust and the second against liquids such as water.

The IP65 fittings are fitted with a moisture seal that prevents condensation from getting through the downlight hole. They are suitable for used in bathroom but also can be used anywhere.

Adjustable Height

With its adjustable height requiring just 85mm of recess space, it’ll prove perfect for your ceiling if there’s not much room for manoeuvre.

Air ventilation slots

They are fitted with air ventilation slots on the side of the can to provide the LED with air flow. Some downlights have no ventilation holes, allowing heat to build up which damages the LED.

Integrated intumescent material completely seals the downlight and air ventilation slots and cut-out in the event of fire.

Came next day as expected. Ordered these for passage and kitchen as I wanted something basic. These perfectly served the purpose. My electrician was not really pleased with the built but the price reflects that. Only downside is the spring grip with ceiling is not great which makes changing of bulb little difficult. Otherwise a great buy.

The downlights are perfect and exactly what I required. Connections first class and fitting straight forward. When I was fitting them to my traditional lath and plaster ceiling I managed to break two of the springs which was careless of me. I emailed the company direct and received replacement downlights by return… and even a couple of spare springs. Simply the best customer service I’ve ever received. I would thoroughly recommend these lights and this company to anyone.
