I was not happy with my purchase because firstly when I ordered the light it did not clarify that the price was minus VAT and minus postage. So those were added on when I was about to confirm the purchase. But I went ahead thinking that I liked the look of the light and it was still a reasonable price. My package arrived fine but there was an additional box containing led lights that I had not ordered, I thought they had mistakenly sent me someone else's order. Upon enquiry I was told they were a complimentary gift, another example of poor communication. Then I decided to return the item (because I had ordered another light and the family preferred that one). I tried to find the return policy and procedure but couldn't find it. So I emailed the contact us address and I have to admit, they were good at emailing back. Then they wanted photos and reasons for the return and said if I wanted to return without any fault then they would deduct 10% "restocking " fee! This is not clarified anywhere. I still wanted to go ahead and return it and they reluctantly sent me the address etc. At the post office it cost me another £6.10 postage! I wondered if it was worth it. But I have returned it and vowed not to order from this company again because of all the extra hidden costs. Nowadays there are plenty of companies ,including tiktok ,who do everything for free and even tell you to keep the item and give you a refund.

Very happy with this. Delivered quickly and looks good. Feels a little flimsy so hopefully it lasts. But very good value for money. Quotient definitely not again

The price was very reasonable compared to similar lights I looked at elsewhere and the quality has honestly exceeded expectations. They’ve handled rain and wind without any issues and still look brand new. The finish is sleek and they’ve made the garden walls look much more stylish in the evenings.

Delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived in perfect condition. We went for the cool white bulbs and they’re nice and bright without being harsh. Installation was straightforward and they’ve worked perfectly since day one, especially useful for lighting up the driveway at night.

Really impressed with how these look once fitted. We put two on the front wall and the up and down lighting gives a really modern, clean effect in the evenings. They feel solid and well made, not cheap or lightweight, and they’ve definitely improved the overall look of the house exterior.

Bought these for the driveway and they’ve made parking at night so much easier. The light spreads nicely without being blinding, and the IP65 rating definitely gives peace of mind in bad weather. Installation was straightforward enough and everything worked first time.

We installed these by the porch and the difference at night is honestly massive. The up and down light looks really premium on the brickwork and gives the whole entrance a more modern feel. They feel solidly built and handle the rain without any issues so far, which is exactly what we needed.

Fitted two of these on either side of the front door and they’ve completely upgraded the look of the house. The up and down lighting effect is really clean and gives a proper modern feel at night. Build quality feels solid metal, not lightweight or flimsy, and they look like they’ll last a long time outside.
