I ordered three of these for my son's birthday. The dogs are used fo opening presents, so thye always get something to open on the birthday as well. But the dogs had a bad reaction to dodgy dog treat and I was so worried I gave them the toys to see if it would perk them up. Thankfully it did, otherwise I woukd have been rushing to the vet.

My dogs love latex toys. They love the soft texture. Unfortunately they have a limited lifespan, as I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Malinois.

These are like any other latex toy on the outside. But there is another layer underneath. I have never seen toys quite like this. They also have a very loud squeaker which the Staffy loves.

I am so impressed with these that I have ordered two more to put away for them, even though they are now nearly twice the price as the Prime Day sale is over. Will definitely be ordering more toys from this company.

Perfect size and squeak

I have bought this for an elderly small dog recently adopted after a hard life. She does not appear to have any toys in the past as she doesn’t know what to do with them. I hope this appeals to her, being soft with a squeak. I have given it a 5 * as it does seem appropriate for her. I hope it is.

Product good but service needs improving

This is the second product purchased from The light 4 U .com. Both products work fine just now, but, they have to have some longevity. Difficult to review items of this nature immediately.
I requested an invoice, but nothing came. I tried on a number of occasions,
sending emails, telephoning, until eventually they agreed to provide an invoice.
However, it became evident that they charge TAX (VAT) but the business is not registered for VAT. They at first gave some strange reason why they could not provide an invoice. They said we have not received an invoice for their suppliers,
so we can't provide you with an invoice. I questioned this and said I did not buy from your supplier, I bought from you. Cut a long story short, they agreed to provide an invoice but deducting the tax. They in turn refunded the tax.
My advice is, that if you buy their goods , DO NOT PAY THE TAX. Also ask for an invoice for your retail protection. Also a credit card payment gives you some protection, if anything goes wrong.

This information is for the benefit of customers, but in no way suggests that the business has not provided what seems like good products and delivered on time.
The main problem was it took me the best part of 3 hours downtime to get my invoices,. The invoices should have been placed in the box with the products, or sent via email within 24 hours of the goods arriving.

The 4 stars review only relate to the products received and the delivery time.
