I paid the full amount when I placed my order, yet I was later required to pay an additional £5 to Royal Mail because my package was held for a week due to a Royal Mail surcharge. Why is this my responsibility? The seller indicated that all required fees were included at checkout, so I don’t understand why I’m being charged extra after the fact. This is extremely frustrating!
